Conditions of Sale

DELIVERY COSTS:

1. (Z1) All orders delivered within the Sydney metropolitan area will be delivered free unless the value is below $250, then a $25.00 delivery charge will apply.
2. (Z2+Z3) All orders delivered to Canberra, Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Gosford, Newcastle, Wollongong, Port Kembla, Berry, Unanderra, Kiama, Gerringong, Oak Flats, Lake Illwarra, Nowra, Bomaderry, Warila, Picton, Bowral, Goulburn, Lithgow, Mittagong, Bargo, Dapto, Bulli, Tallong, Moss Vale, Minnamurra will be delivered free unless the value of the order is below $250 (+gst) then a $35.00 delivery charge will apply.
3. (Z4/Z5) All orders delivered to Dubbo, Muswellbrook, Port Macquarie, Tuncurry, Wauchope, Central Bucca, Taree, Singleton, Young, Kurmond, Orange, Glouster, Whittingham, Bathurst, Sanctuary Point, Yass, Narooma, Narrabri, Gulgong, Canowinda, Cowra, Mudgee, Ulladulla, Parkes, Wellington, Cootamundra, Bega, Moruya, Batehaven, Batemans Bay, Leeton and Braidwood will be delivered free into store unless the value of the order is below $250 (+ GST) then a $45.00 delivery charge will apply. Orders between $250 (+ GST) – $600 (+ GST) will attract a 35.00 delivery charge.
4. Deliveries to the areas outside of the above will be charged freight on.

PRICES:

1. This price list is for guidance purposes only, and is subject to change without notice. As price increases are frequent, we will only advise changes upon request.
2. Prices quoted in this price list are subject to 10% GST from 1st July, 2000
3. Our terms of credit are strictly thirty (30) days unless otherwise notified where payment of the account by the due date has not occurred, or no alternative payment arrangement has been made, Special Equipment (Australasia) Pty Ltd may initiate actions to recover the debt. Recovery actions may include referral to a debt recovery agency and/or legal action. Additional fees and charges will apply when these debt recovery actions commence and will be required to be paid to finalise the outstanding debt.

PLEASE HELP US:

As we are not in the position to know every machine and its capabilities, we can be in no way responsible for grain direction in paper. We always cut paper in the most economical way, and this means that paper maybe long grain, short grain, or mixed grain. If a special grain direction is required, it must be specified each time paper is ordered.

CUTTING ORDERS:

All conversion (cutting) work needs written confirmation of specifications (via email or facsimile) before processing can commence.
